So I think this is because the </stream:stream> may not be sent on the wire
immediately when Disconnect() is called, because data is waiting to be sent, so
there is a window in which the connection is DISCONNECTED (and hence
priv->text_channels is NULL) but IQ replies are still dispatched. I haven't
managed to write a test, though.
