That's not what's happening. Looking at the log, Wocky chooses DIGEST-MD5, the
server sends a challenge, Wocky replies, and the server rejects it with

  <failure xmlns='urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-sasl'>
    <not-authorized>
  </failure>

Here's something which looks suspicious to me:

username="roberto",realm="humildeservidor",digest-uri="xmpp/numerica.cl"

The realm and digest-uri are usually the same. Is your JID roberto at numerica.cl?
What account parameters are you using?
