It add a mixin that implement both ifaces, and add
TpContact:nickname/local-alias properties. With (incomplete) unit tests of
course!

I think it will be convenient to add TpContact::display-name property that
follow "local-alias > nickname > id" rule, which is what TpContact::alias is
but done CM-side.
