telepathy-glib 1.0 will only allow to include telepathy-glib.h and
telepathy-glib-dbus.h.

We can enforce this behaviour with tp-glib master by defining:
AC_DEFINE(TP_DISABLE_SINGLE_INCLUDE, 1, [Disable single include header])

It would be cool to do that in tp-farstream so Empathy could start using this
macro and so make the porting to 1.0 easier.
