We don't have a Rakia stable-branch with Call support. Empathy only supports
Call, not StreamedMedia, and Debian 7 released with the development version
0.7.4. We should release a 0.8.x stable branch that's pretty close to 0.7.4.

Unfortunately, Rakia's tests currently fail, so we need to fix that first...

Patches on the way, which are enough to make it distcheck.
