Import run-test.sh.in from Gabble master (= 0.18.0,  hopefully)

I'm copying it in verbatim, to make the changes made to adapt it to
Rakia easier to review.

I'm setting up for a Gabble 0.18.x stable-branch in parallel. I'll amend the
commit name when I merge this, depending how much I've merged by then.
