fd.o sysadmins, please create this account (ssh key as attached, GPG key
0x4B2EAFA0 from those attached) and include it in the 'telepathy' group.

The keyservers must have not all synched up yet; I now see it on
subkeys.pgp.net (or whichever of the many servers in that rotation gpg actually
used) but not on my usual keyserver (the.earth.li).
