Thanks, fixed in git for 0.21.0, 0.20.2 and 0.18.3 - I wouldn't usually send a
"newer toolchain" change like this to the stable branch, but it's minimal and
fixes something that has been deprecated for ages.

I don't think Automake upstream have handled this backwards-incompatible change
as well as they should have done: it would have been better if AM_CONFIG_HEADER
had emitted a warning since 2002, or failing that, for at least a couple of
releases before it was removed.
