To stop violating the principle of least surprise, rename TEST_PYTHON to
PYTHON. I don't see any reason why telepathy-idle should be special and having
just PYTHON makes it easier for various build systems (at least OpenBSD ports)
to adjust the path to the versioned interpreter.
