mcd-account-manager-sso.c is built-in MC plugin to import SSO accounts. It is
very old code from maemo days and is probably not useful to anyone.

We have a better plugin in empathy source tree for ubuntu online accounts:
https://git.gnome.org/browse/empathy/tree/ubuntu-online-accounts/mc-plugin

telepathy-kde team is also going to use SSO, so I think it makes sense to move
that code into MC source tree.
