migrate_delete_account_cb() looks weird, why don't you put directly
mcd_account_delete_debug_cb as callback and free the MigrateCtx before the
async call?

While we are adding async API, why omitting the GCancellable? I think you can
just have one and put it on your GTask, it will do the right thing for you.
