File transfer on the Yahoo messenger protocol do not work, either way.
Cannot receive files, cannot send files.
This works on pidgin.

I've reported this here: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=325327 and have
been told to report it here as well since the problem is with the
implementation of Telepathy Haze.
