The Telepathy logger seems a good candidate for merging into telepathy-glib
'next'. If it works well, we can do the same for Telepathy-Farstream, and maybe
the spec and Mission Control.

This doesn't directly affect Telepathy-Qt, as far as I can see: the dependency
tree is still

    Telepathy-Qt -> spec

    Telepathy-Logger-Qt -> telepathy-logger -> telepathy-glib -> spec
