MC from next-gdbus to next-factory2:

 - "McdMaster: take a TpClientFactory at construct-time": priv->factory should
be unref in dispose instead of priv->dbus_daemon. I would rather keep a ref on
both tbh, but since the daemon is going away later, I'm ok. Thats what you do
already in McdAccount.
