Here is some work-in-progress, which depends on Bug #76120. The telepathy-glib
tests now pass, but several telepathy-logger tests fail (I haven't debugged
those yet).

Next steps: make the logger tests pass; try porting a connection manager,
probably Gabble.

Mission Control is (as always) going to be the most difficult bit.
