Add support for XEP-0280: Message Carbons

The attached patch adds support for message carbons (XEP-0280).

Since this is my first contact with the Telepathy code base, I am not sure
whether this is the best way to implement it. It seems to work fine on my local
machine, at least.

It would be great to get some feedback so I can improve it if necessary.
