Add property averaging, presence setting and account lookup by unique
identifier to AccountSet, <> operators to Presence.

Add account lookup by uniqueIdentifier(). This requires changing the lookup key
from objectPath() to uniqueIdentifier(). Document all new connection presence
functions and signals.
