Add property averaging, presence setting and account object export by unique
identifier to AccountSet, <> operators to Presence

Turn the account object list export into a hash of the account uniqueIdentifier
and AccountPtr, and remove the single-account lookup.

This breaks API compatibility, but is much nicer.
