With telepathy-idle 0.2.0, the following GNOME channels on GimpNET (see
https://wiki.gnome.org/Community/GettingInTouch/IRC) are not discovered by at
least two Telepathy clients (Polari and Empathy):

#gnome
#gnome-art
#gnome-design
#gnome-hackers
#gnome-shell

Polari logs the list of channels returned by Telepathy (journalctl -p 7 -t
org.gnome.Polari) and they are missing there as well.

Manually joining any of the channels in Polari or Empathy works fine, and all
the other listed GNOME channels are returned by Telepathy and shown in the
clients.

GimpNET IRC server used: irc.gimp.org
