[telepathy-glib/master] Makefile.am: upload docs for any further 0.8.x releases to the right location

This change didn't actually happen in master; the merge commit reverts it,
in order to have 0.8 docs upload to -0.8.x, have master docs upload to the
main directory, and preserve that across future merges from 0.8.
