doxygen: Update header, footer to match what doxygen generates nowadays and remove the custom css

The header still incorporates our own navigation menu

The footer has been adjusted to include the project name/version and
the "Generated by doxygen" signature, but not the copyright notice.
The copyright notice is no longer relevant, as there are more copyright
holders nowadays and also advertising Nokia does not really help here.

The custom css has been removed in order to use doxygen's default css,
which takes care of all the details in a much better way.
