Hello all,

Alvaro Soliverez has been working on tp-qt4-yell models and other tp-qt4
related projects for a while and his patches are always good and he's
also proven to be good at responding to review feedback, and at
discussing possible approaches to problems on IRC.

So, per <http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/wiki/Committers>, I nominate
him for commit access to the git repositories.
