Hi,

Rafael Espindola sent this patch that enables using libjingle with
linphone media stramer again (as an external dependency, without
licensing issues).
This would allow us to have more projects using tapioca's libjingle,
and maybe to unify it.

If no one objects, I would like to apply this patch on trunk

regards,
Marcio

The attached patch adds the talk/session/phone from the libjingle
distribution. The directory has been ported to use an external copy of
mediastreamer2 and it compiles into a shared library.

If I understand correctly, the original phone directory wasn't being
distributed because of copyright problems. The new mediastreamer is
copyrighted under the GPL with exceptions available for sale. Since
the libjingle code is a BSD like, i believe that the resulting shared
library is effectively copyrighted under the GPL.

The reason for including the phone directory is to make it possible to
use the copy of libjingle provided by the tapioca project in more
softwares. In particular, I am trying to make psi use an external
copy, and psy uses the phone library.

Best Regards,
Rafael
