Hi, I'm writing to announce a specification I am proposing, and am
looking for both feedback on the writeup / comments on the possible
connection to telepathy work and general feasibility as well as
volunteers for technical drafting and development (since unfortunately I
don't have the necessary skills to do it myself).  Please take a look
