A patch went in during GUADEC which did something similar to ListNames,
but for activatable services. It's possible to use this enumerate the
processes which have activatable names in
org.freedesktop.Telepathy.ConnectionManager, but you'd still need to run
them all in order to see what protocols and such were available, and I
don't really want to support this method. On an embedded device, it
might take several seconds to launch all these processes to discover
what is essentially static data.
