[Telepathy] Qt4 bindings to telepathy available

Hello dear readers,

this is no announcement, but I am proud to point out the very first code
of telepathy-qt, a library providing Qt4 bindings to telepathy. It is
available here:

These bindings are pretty raw wrappers around the telepathy spec. It is
planned to layer tapioca-qt on top of this library. Tapioca-Qt will
provide a more convenient way of using telepathy to Qt users.

Special thanks goes to Andre Magalhaes who contributed much of his time
and know how (and wrote most of the code this weekend;-).

The code compiles and a small test application runs already. It needs lots
more testing and is sure to contain bugs. Please feel free to send
patches.

The code covers all the functionality found in the telepathy-spec xml
files as created by the libtelepathy.def file.
