[Telepathy] telepathy-spec 0.15.1 released

I've just tagged spec 0.15.1 in the telepathy-spec repository at:
 http://projects.collabora.co.uk/darcs/telepathy/telepathy-spec/

The documentation has been updated at the usual URL:
 http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec.html

This release has a few tweaks but the main change is replacing the
workings of the defunct Channel.Interface.DTMF with real-time event
start/stop signals, which are necessary for hooking up UI buttons (you
can't send an event with a duration when the user starts pressing the
button, because you don't know the duration until they release it, by
which time it's too late...).

Note that whilst the spec for tubes is merged into trunk, it is not
included in this tag. Darcs changes follow.
