Don't forget to add "/share" after the prefix in XDG_DATA_DIRS.

And XDG_DATA_DIRS must be set for the D-Bus daemon because even if
Empathy cause MC to start by D-Bus activation, MC is started by the
D-Bus daemon and MC will not inherit environment variables from
Empathy.
