New in this release:
  * Refactored NUA event handling to use detailed GObject signals.
  * Reimplemented CallState and Hold interfaces as per Telepathy spec 0.17.3.1.
  * Use the new hold API in StreamHandler interface.
  * Test suite fixes to run in Maemo scratchbox.
