[Telepathy] telepathy-glib, -idle, -wilde, Cohoba moved to git

telepathy-glib is now officially maintained in git:

All unmerged branches that were on Merge Monkey have been converted too,
and can be found in Jonny Lamb's repository, for the moment - see
<http://git.collabora.co.uk/?p=user/jonny/telepathy-glib.git>.

telepathy-idle is also now officially maintained in git, for small
values of "maintained":

Cohoba and telepathy-wilde are not maintained at all, but we've moved
them into git too:
