telepathy-glib 0.7.14 needs glib2 2.16

I get this error:

contacts-mixin.c:107: error: 'GHashTableIter' undeclared (first use in this
function)

configure does not check for glib 2.16 that introducted 'GHashTableIter'. It
should.
