Fixed in release 0.7.16 with the new refactored Jingle engine.

The new code supports the newer GTalk variant from their desktop
PC client, and also works around current Loudmouth XML
namespacing lack of support to be able to interoperate with
Google's newest googlemail videochat client (audio calls
only, but it should be straightforward to support for
video signalling).
