It's deliberate that we don't process *all* the XML - we don't want
all.xml processed like this. We can probably fix this by assuming GNU
make and using $(filter-out ...).

According to the XInclude specification, it shouldn't fail, because we
provided an <xi:fallback> - my version of xsltproc (1.1.22 from Debian
unstable) issues a warning but continues anyway.

We should probably get rid of this extensions mechanism in any case, though -
I thought it might be useful when I implemented it, but since then I've
refactored the build system of telepathy-glib a lot, and it's no longer
needed.
