OK, I'll lose PresetParameters for the moment. Account creation UIs
might become a bit more tightly coupled to the AM implementation as a
result, but I don't think that's a huge problem - the most important thing
for me is that third-party bits and pieces (like collaborative AbiWord)
aren't tied to a particular AM implementation.
