[Telepathy] off the record plugin for telepathy

hi guys and gals,

i'd like to use otr (1) with empathy. afaik there is no such plugin for it
now. is someone of you planning on working on one? i would be willing to 
program this by myself, but i would need a few advices, on where to stack 
this plugin within telepathy.

there is a otr library, so this task ought to be quiet simple, if there is 
are hooks within telepathy in the right places.

it might be possible, that otr-messaging is only possible inside empathy 
(and any other client), but it would be nice and elegant, to abstract it 
away.
