What do you want to do more precisely ?

As far as I know, nobody tried to use Telepathy in Java programs. There
is no library like telepathy-glib to help using Telepathy in Java
programs, but all you need to do is to have D-Bus in your language. I
guess Java D-Bus can be used:
<http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/DBusBindings>

Telepathy D-Bus objects (connections, channels...) can then be acceded
through the Telepathy D-Bus specification:
<http://telepathy.freedesktop.org/spec.html>
