[Telepathy] Java bindings

Hello!

I am trying to create Java bindings for Telepathy. In the beginning I
will auto-generate them from the spec so the project will just be some
scripts in the beginning. I hope to have time to add other things like
OSGi later. If I complete them, should I create a separate project for
it, for example on Sourceforge, or do you want to add it somewhere
here?
