[Telepathy] twitter connection manager

Hi,

I'm interested in a Telepathy connection manager for Twitter, so I can
get to my account using Empathy.

Is anyone else working on this? Google and the list don't seem to come
up with much. If not, I might start hacking on one. How well do CM's
work if written in Python?
