tp_connection_manager_new() takes a manager_filename parameter:

This seems to be the name for the cache of connection manager properties. If
so, that should be documented.

I guess that this should be optional, meaning that either a default file will
be used, or no cache will be used. Maybe it already is. If so, that should be
documented.
