[Telepathy] AccountManager API?

There is apparently an AccountManager D-Bus interface that has
information about all telepathy accounts.

For instance, it would know that I have a murrayc at murrayc.com jabber
account. I was hoping that I could use this interface to get all the
parameters needed by 
tp_cli_connection_manager_call_request_connection()

Is this available via telepathy-glib or via some special
telepathy-mission-control API, or only via direct D-Bus?
