Test environment:

1. dbus-monitor active
2. qdbus-monitor connected to Signal "AvatarUpdated"
3. Client that is authorized to a contact.
4. Psi

I don't see any signal "AvatarUpdated" after changing the avatar with PSI.
Neither does the qdbus-monitor  nor the dbus-monitor shows anything.

Due to the fact that presence changes are sent successfully, I expect that
there is anything wrong on the Connection-Manager side.
