[Telepathy] Empathy not connect at my work

Hi,

I also use Empathy both at home and at work. And I also encounter
difficulties at work. In my case, I think it is related to proxy
settings: the jabber server is in the LAN but Empathy reports error
with proxy authentication.

Do you have such a configuration?

PS: I'm running Empathy shipped with Debian testing.
