- Make Connection watch for NewChannel with channel type Group if the
  ConnectionFeature member FeatureGroups is enabled (or perhaps it's a
  ContactFeature?), and signal the results
  to its Contact objects
- Implement Contact::groups()
- Implement ContactManager::allGroups()
- Implement ContactManager::groupMembers()
