When I first discussed that with smcv, he said the avatar cache should be done
in a dedicated object so it is optional, because some clients could want his
own implementation.

I suggest to add an AVATAR_CACHE feature on TpContact, so clients that want
another implementation can still not request that feature on contact objects. I
makes API more consistent IMO. So TpContact could have a "avatar-filename"
property with the path to the on-disk cache.
