[Telepathy] telepathy-farsight 0.0.4, now with added Python

Hello,

Let the Python wrap you! Sjoerd has written cool new python bindings, so
you can now use all of the tpfarsightedness from you favorite python
application!

Also, hold now works and the "request-resource" signal is now optional,
if you don't listen to it, it will assume that the resource is always
present.
