Absolutely nothing! libmissioncontrol emits debug messages when MC is not
running, but it's normal for MC not to be running until you go online (Empathy
starts it automatically when needed).

I'm tempted to patch that debug message out of libmissioncontrol - in practice
it just confuses people :-)
