[Telepathy] ANNOUNCE: telepathy-butterfly 0.5.0 released

Here's telepathy-butterfly 0.5.0, the "opening couplet of an excellent
nerd-rock song" release.
We jumped a version number because we now depends on papyon instead of
pymsn as the backend
MSN library.

 * Trigger "Name in use" error when another client logged in using the
