[Telepathy] empathy 2.27.2: msn users are all offline

Hello, I'm trying empathy 2.27.2-1ubuntu1, and it has a problem
compared to 2.26: msn users are all shown as offline, unless you quit
empathy and suddenly start it again.
In this way the online contacts are shown as online, but unfortunately
it's not possible to open a chat window with them. Also if the user
writes to you nothing is shown.
this also happened with 2.27.1 tarball compiled
