[Telepathy] iconify and deiconify empathy

Hello, I'm writing to you because I want to help to solve a problem in empathy.
Currently if compiz is enabled, if you iconify (by closing the window
through X or click on the taskbar icon) and deiconify, you lose the
tasklist entry (in the bottom panel bar).
This does not happen if metacity is instead used.

There's also a workaround that I posted in the bug link, which seems
to work in my case

2 things are needed:
- target the bug to compiz and close the metacity one
- eventually include the workaround while waiting to have it fixed
