[Telepathy] empathy & adium themes

Right now, Kopete puts them in $KDEDIR/share/apps/kopete for global  
themes and $KDEHOME/share/apps/kopete for local themes (where $KDEHOME  
is usually something like $HOME/.kde4).

Would it be better to hash this out here on the telepathy list, or  
move it to the xdg list?
